Job Description

We are looking for a hard working and bright individual with a positive attitude to join our team.  This is a customer service and sales position for a busy Farmer's Insurance agency in Fountain Valley. This position will be responsible for providing our customers with top notch service, processing changes, answering questions, problem solving and sales of new products.  

If you are a team player and have a great positive attitude, are a quick learner and are good at multi-tasking, please apply.  Prior insurance experience is a plus.  If you have never worked in insurance before but you feel like you can make a great contribution to our team we will happily train the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering the phone, routing calls and following up to be sure each caller receives top notch service.
• Process documents for new customers and make changes for existing customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Work well as part of our team.
