As a public relations assistant you will work closely with the public relations department and marketing director to ensure that we are building and maintaining a positive public image.
Job Duties:
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Assign, supervise and review the activities of public relations staff.
- Evaluate advertising and promotion programs for compatibility with public relations efforts.
- Develop and implement PR policies and procedures.
- Plan, implement and manage public relations programs.
- Plan and budget for PR events, programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or a related field.
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
- Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
