RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide awesome customer service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, documents, billing and payments.
• Review existing policies with customers prior to renewal. 
• Process in-coming phone, text, mail and e-mail. 
• Process agency ''alerts'' which indicate potential policy problems.
• Manage office supplies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Self Starter with positive outlook and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Exceptional computer and phone skills
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (employer paid licensing.)
• Minimum education: Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing or related degree (or equivalent job experience).
