    POSITION SUMMARY

    THE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACHIEVING SALES QUOTAS AND ASSIGNED STRATEGIC ACCOUNT OBJECTIVES. IN ADDITION, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BIDDING/ESTIMATING THEIR PROJECTS, WHILE LEADING THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT PLANNING CYCLE AND ENSURING ASSIGNED CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS ARE MET AT THE HIGHEST STANDARD. THIS POSITION REPORTS TO THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER.  

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Identify: Sales and Business Development
    • Bid: Assembles accurate bids and proposals and ensures timely delivery to customers.
    • Win: Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
    • Network: Establishes productive and professional relationships within the industry and with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
    • Customer Service:
      • Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
      • Communicates project details and customer expectations to the delivery team to achieve effective planning of the project.
    • Administration: Uses CRM (Zoho), forms, and project management software (ProCore) to document activities and enable successful communication with the customers.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Construction or Renovation Experience REQUIRED
    • Exceptional verbal, written, listening and stand up communication skills
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
    • Work with a strong sense of urgency and set timelines on every task with clarity
    • Outside Sales experience a plus
