National construction firm TI Builders is currently searching for marketing brilliance to join our growing team in our Boston MA, office. This is an entry-level opportunity but has genuine growth potential. We want go-getters who are not afraid to ask questions when necessary and provide answers when needed. If lead generation, follow-up, corporate communications, social media, content creation, and daily interaction with teammates at work and IRL are a match for you, read on. Because we are a concrete office in a fluid industry, on any given day you may be required to: * Pursue and track project leads from cradle to grave. * Track the status and follow up with the estimating team until the estimate/proposal is submitted. * Provide follow-up with the customer/prospect until the job is complete. * Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic business partners, including owners, owners' representatives, developers, architects, property managers, and other partners. * Team up with the estimators until the customer says YES and close the deal. * Manage our customer database in Zendesk. * Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events. * Create compelling content for social media, newsletter, YouTube, Website and emails for your location. Qualifications and Skills: Ready to apply? Before you do, these are mandatory: * Can-do, positive, team-centric mindset * Proven sales record in generating leads * Detail-oriented with skills in organization and planning * Microsoft Office * These skills would be a plus: * Experience using Canva, Getresponse, Wix website and Zendesk.
