Third Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in providing services to Taft-Hartley fringe benefit funds is seeking a Benefits Administrator to work in our Lansing, MI office.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a college level degree, 10+ years of experience in benefits administration including management experience, solid knowledge of employee benefit plans and regulations and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience administering Taft-Hartley health and pension plans. Actuarial designation, CPA, CEBS or other relevant professional designation a plus.
