  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Coordinate and assist Project Managers and Project Administrator with various project related tasks.

    TASKS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    · Manage submittal process

    · Manage RFI Process

    · Assist Superintendent with updating schedule and subs/clients on changes

    · Manage tracking long-lead items

    · Manage buyout of self-perform items (white boards, appliances etc.) and small scope items such as final clean, code signage, etc.

    · Assist with OAC & Special Coordination Meetings

    · Manage closeout and commission process, as needed.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ability to use; Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Adobe PDF, printers, scanner, and office equipment. Must be able to work well independently as well as with various departments and teams. Must have strong communication and multitasking skills.

    PREFERRED APPLICANT:

    · BS in Construction Management or Engineering

    · 2+ years of related experience

    · Scheduling ability with Microsoft Projects

    · Satisfactory driving record

    · Ability to work unsupervised in a field setting, when required
