Our client, a family-owned business recognized for its achievements and boasting over five decades of establishment, is currently in search of a TIG Welder to become a valuable addition to their team!
The TIG Welder will be responsible for performing precision welding tasks to fabricate, assemble, and repair components according to technical specifications and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform TIG welding on steel and aluminum components
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Use measuring tools to ensure precise welds
Repair or rework defective welds as needed
Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions
Qualifications:
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding
Ability to read and interpret spec sheets and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Must pass a weld test to demonstrate welding proficiency
