We are seeking a Finance And Insurance Associate! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the Finance and Insurance Department at Timpanogos Harley-Davidson.  At Timpanogos Harley-Davidson we pride ourselves on our customer service and look for personable, customer service minded individuals.  Join our team and work in one of the worlds most unique and exciting Harley-Davidson dealerships. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
• Providing a thorough explanation of benefits that come with protection programs, such as vehicle service contracts
• Clearly provide all information in applicable contracts or forms relating to the sale/purchase of all vehicles ensuring the customer understands all details they are agreeing to
• Maintaining positive relationships with lending institutions, customers, and vendors 
• Promptly processing all deals accurately, consistently
• Offering creative ways to increase productivity, and revenue while offering the best customer service in the industry
• Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in F&I, financial branch management, financial services, or other related fields preferred however not required
• Knowledge of common banking/lender practices
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
