    Job Summary Tip of the Spear Psychotherapy Group, Is in search of a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide clinical supervision to six associates currently earning their hours. President of the Company will conduct 1- two hour group supervision friday mornings at 10-12pm. We need you to cover the other hours needed. WIth the potential to take over the group supervision with the right candidate.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct weekly supervision with six AMFTs in accordance with BBS regulations

    SIgn off on their supervision logs bi-weekly and provide copy to associate and Administrative Director via email.

    Train and mentor these very talented AMFTs

    Work collaboratively with our Clinical Director to address any areas of concern. Update Clinical director on progress monthly or as needed.

    Qualifications

    Licensed Marriage and family therapist, Licensed for at least least two years

    Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license

    Previous experience as a clinical supervisor perferred not mandatory

    Proof of necessary courses taken to supervise per CAMFT and BBS.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Highly organized
