    TITLE Boxing Club is the world’s leading authentic heavy bag boxing club. Our proprietary 52-week boxing journey incorporates skill progression and interval training for a true full-body workout in a ‘no judgments’ environment.     Position Overview As a Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a difference every day while building an exciting career in fitness. You will work both one-on-one and in a group setting all while helping members achieve their fitness goals. Be the spark that inspires someone to keep training, to try harder, and to live healthier!

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Prepare and deliver the best-in-class boxing classes

    Provide exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base

    Coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey

    Demonstrate the value of personal training by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing members

    Make the club easy to use by guiding and educating members on comprehensive fitness programs and products

    Other duties as assigned by leadership

    Qualifications:

    A passion for the fitness industry and helping people live healthy lives

    Boxing group fitness experience strongly encouraged

    Strong understanding of the principles of physical fitness and proper exercise techniques

    Outgoing, energetic, passionate, positive, motivational, hard-working, and empathetic

    Strong desire to help others

    Dedicated work ethic

    Outstanding verbal communication skills

    Strong organization skills

    Education

    Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or a related field or an approved Personal Training Certification (list below):

    ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K., IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.

    CPR/First Aid/AED Certification required

    Physical Requirements

    Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

    Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
