Summary: Production supervisor(2nd Shift) ensures the smooth running of production by overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

1. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities

2. Ensure the safe use of equipment and machinery

3. Maintain all record keeping of daily, weekly and monthly production reports

4. Supervising operations within facility to achieve higher output

5. Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals

6. Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency

7. Implement and enforce safety and regulatory programs to ensure long term safe operation of the facility

Qualification:

-Bilingual in English/Korean or Spanish Preferred -Must be able to work 2nd shift (2pm to 10pm)

-Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

-Experience as Food Production Supervisor Preferred

-Proficiency in MS Office
