    The purpose of Business Development Manager is to Hunt new clients in US market and Sale the recruitment services. The role is coupled with Hands on Recruitment sales. The focus of the role is to identify the clients need and meet the requirements. The incumbent will work in a fast-paced team environment that requires persistence and adherence to processes.

    Responsibilities:

    · Acquisition of new client in order to facilitated IT Staffing.

    · Must be excellent and familiar with various sales techniques in order to hunting new clients

    · Deliver sales revenues with agreed profitability via recruitment sales.

    · Build long term relationships with key contacts at target clients.

    · Work with Clients to obtain qualified job requirements and educate them on our service offerings and process

    · Develop strategic client hunting process that includes in depth client analysis, market analysis, internal communication, external promotions to uncover revenue opportunities

    · Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in database

    · Update and maintain client information in accordance to Company's standards

    · Grow clients pipeline through passive sourcing, research and referrals

    · Partner with Sales managers to develop productive recruiting programs

    · Building & maintaining the database of contacts and other information.

    · Contacting clients, following up with clients and managing client’s pipeline, scheduling interviews.

    · Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches.

    · Must be result oriented & able to reach monthly recruitment targets.

    Required Candidate profile

    · Excellent communication skills

    · Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

    · Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

    · Excellent organizational skills.

    · Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

    · Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
