Our client develops over $100MM in commercial construction projects per year. They are looking for a efficient and experience manager that can oversee a variety of projects throughout Texas.
- Responsible for total project management of assigned projects to include planning, developing project schedules and controlling project activities.
- Oversees project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and construction techniques.
- Monitors project status and reports to ensure profitability goals and management of cash/cost/billing. Oversees site safety and security.
- Ensures project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
- Uses negotiation skills to consistently resolve disputes.
- Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers and subcontractors.
- Strong proficiency in MS office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio, MS Project, Procore
