• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor all assigned projects from VP-Construction.
• Assist in writing policy and procedures for the construction team.
• Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities (consultants, ADA, city requirements, Green building, etc.) aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from initial budgeting to final hand off to Property Management.
• Maintain quality control, organization and consistency in every area (budget, scheduling, planning, personnel performance, etc.)
• Monitor compliance in all areas of training OSHA, ProCore, MS Project, 3rd party Engineers, Etc.
• Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, ADA Requirements, Quality Assurance, plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively during interactions with Senior Management to interpret their needs and requirements
• Communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants in order to provide needed assistance and technical support.
• Clearly report on project status through meeting with Project Managers.
• Assist in creating agenda, documenting Construction Team Meetings and sending out meeting notes.
• Assist in creating agenda, documenting Management Meetings and sending out meeting notes.

Qualifications:

• BS in Civil Engineering Required
• PE in Texas Required
• Strong written/verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and subcontractors.
• Construction Management experience or Associate degree in a Construction-related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software required; and ProCore experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year construction experience in the multifamily ground-up/rehab industry
