The Position:

We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented Field Survey Technician to help support the growth of our business in San Antonio, TX. The Field Survey Technician will collect data used to establish property boundaries, construction stakeout, and existing conditions survey.

· Locate property corners

· Record the results of surveys or descriptive data using notes, drawings, sketches, or inked tracings

· Other duties as assigned.

· This position will report to Operations Manager.

Are you a fit?

· Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Experience using surveying instruments

· Leica surveying equipment & Total Station knowledge is a plus

· Attentive to details; ability to produce neat legible field notes

· Ability to locate property corners

· Valid Texas driver’s license and able to pass driving record check

· Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

· Willing to work in harsh climates, including extreme heat/cold and light rain

· Able to cut lines in wooded areas when needed

· Excellent communication and organizational skills (Must speak English)

· Routine travel required
