TK CUPS - SORG'S, specializes in the manufacture of customized napkins, cups, plates, coffee sleeves, coasters, and additional food service products. The company has been building brands and communicating important messages at special events, in corporate meetings and at gatherings for decades. We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to join our successful team. The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position is full-time, M-F (8:30 am - 5:00 pm). The position is fast-paced with frequent department collaboration.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Work directly with customers either by phone or email.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Document details of actions taken.
- Upsell products to customers.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Follow-up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Cross train to backup order and processing departments.
- Input data on production schedule
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience with relevant computer applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
