We are an Elite full-service law firm located in Seminole County, Florida with open positions for a full-time, Paralegal.

We have a highly organized and systematized practice and a team that works well together. Some on our staff have been with us three years and others for more than eight years. Candidate should be a professional, with a positive attitude, highly organized, smart, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Business Professional Dress Required.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, correspondence, etc. in addition to performing legal research, preparing trial notebooks, and providing any additional assistance with trial as needed. Candidate must be able to review and prepare discovery, financial affidavits, mandatory disclosures, answers to interrogatories, and responses to request for production. Candidate will be required to manage the attorneys calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain communication with clients, opposing parties, opposing counsels, and judicial assistants. Candidate will also open/close files and maintain an organized electronic and physical file for each client at all times.

Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Candidate should be familiar with solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills. Previous legal experience a plus.

Candidate must possess outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
