    JOB SUMMARY

    The Executive Assistant will play a key role in providing executive level, proactive administrative and organizational support to the President and others. The Executive Assistant effectively monitors and distributes information across team(s) and works collaboratively within the Club to support various projects and other requirements.

    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conserves the President’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and contractual documents; and initiating proactive communications.
    • Works closely with the President and others to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up and tracking where appropriate.
    • Researches, prioritizes, supports, and follows-up on issues and concerns, as assigned by the President.
    • Maintains high-level understanding of interdepartmental process as to assist in facilitating appropriate communication.
    • Facilitates special events and projects as needed/assigned.
    • Serves as backup to the Director, Office of the CEO and the Executive Assistant to the COO in the event that they are unable to complete necessary tasks.
    • Perform any additional relevant duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSRequired Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required.

    Minimum Years of Experience:

    • Three (3) or more years of applicable support experience preferred.

    Other applicable requirements:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESKnowledge

    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
    • Highest level of discretion and integrity and the ability to handle and maintain confidentiality.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines that may affect key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Skill in managing time, workload, and shifting/competing priorities effectively.
    • Ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, and to foster a team environment within the department and at all levels of the Club.
    • Ability to work independently, self-managing his/her workload.
    • Detail-Oriented
    • Strong communication skills: must be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong, active listening skills.

    PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Fluent in the Spanish language for both written and oral communication
    • Fluent in the German language for both written and oral communication

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTStanding/Walking:

    • Ability to be both mobile and stationary at various points, throughout the workday.

    Lifting:

    • Push, pull, lift between 25-50 pounds.

    Work Environment:

    • Typical office environment.
    • May occasionally work in a sports stadium/arena environment, during or around match days on behalf of the Club.

    Equipment:

    • Typical office equipment (i.e., computer, printer, scanner, desktop monitors, etc.).
