We are in search of EXPERIENCED SALES PROS with a MINIMUM of 2 years of agressive marketing & sales experience.
No experience required in this industry. You will be trained by veterans in the business. Bring your hunter style sales skills and we'll teach you the rest.
For the aggressive, proactive, focused and committed AE, our very lucrative compensation structure can propel you into the 6 figures; right along with current top AEs.
THIS POSITION HAS A SMALL BASE AND GREAT COMMMISONS!
This position is NOT for JOB seekers. This position is for people that have an entrepurial mindset and KNOW that closing must be a daily passion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market, Generate and Cultivate new Broker relationships, daily
Train, Coach and Support Brokers knowledge and confidence in our programs & products
Support loan production to close and co-operate with customers to complete the production process
Create and maintain an updated email marketing list for our Media Team on a weekly basis
Price transactions in a timely and accurate way
Maintain positive relationships with the team and customers
Be flexible, motivated and positive on a daily basis
This position can allow you the freedom to grow as much as you desire. You can be a top producing AE and/or eventually manage a team of your own. We are always in search of our next manager with leadership, people development and underwriting skills to advance the individual and company growth!
