FIREHOUSE SUBS CATERING MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The catering manager for the Columbia Area Firehouse Subs with TLC Enterprises, LLC is responsible for increasing catering revenue for all locations. This includes maintaining customer satisfaction, forging new customer relations, and ensuring that all catering orders are carried out to Firehouse Subs standards.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Possess a personable, and positive countenance
Experienced in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and catering programs
Manage invoices, cash/check, or any form of payment and deliver to correct personnel
Knowledgeable and accountable for any and all caterings scheduled throughout the many locations
Maintain contact with restaurants to ensure caterings are made and delivered in a timely fashion.
Perform callbacks to all customers to make sure caterings were carried out to the customer’s satisfaction
Actively participates in Local Restaurant Marketing in local trade area.
Coordinate and implement current marketing game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
Ensure adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures.
Ensures the profitability of business by operating within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllable, utilities and sales growth.
Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.
Maintains awareness and participation in community affairs to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities.
Represents Firehouse Subs® in a professional, positive manner at all times.
Communicates effectively to the GM/Owner any and all issues that may impact our business.
Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Any other duties assigned by the Owner.
