INFLUENCER & ATHLETE RELATIONS SPECIALIST
TLF’s Influencer & Athlete Relations Specialist will have a primary focus on helping support all social media influencer marketing and initiatives; which will include, planning, strategy, and execution, and all onsite and off-site platform social influencer content, recruitment, auditing, management.
This position will be responsible for growing TLF’s influencer and athlete network and presence, management and development of UGC (User Generated Content), driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and influencer and athlete referral sales.
As an expert in influencer relations, recruitment, analytics, auditing, relationship management, and UGC; you will use your expert knowledge to leverage best practices to continuously optimize all influencer and athlete marketing efforts.
JOB DESCRIPTION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE BELOW)
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help manage ad implement the development, creative, copy, and scheduling of social media campaigns and content, including the formulation of audience targeting strategies, linking and growth hacking strategies, and tracking and KPI measurement for each campaign
- Experience with translating brand positioning and messaging across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Pinterest, etc.) and the ability to communicate a consistent brand voice within the relevant format for each channel
- Target, source, research, contact and negotiate with social media influencers and brand ambassadors and implement Influencer strategy, negotiate payment terms, develop campaign concepts and execute all influencer and brand ambassador initiatives efficiently and cost-effectively and within budget
- Lead the creation and evolution of campaign performance reports and dashboards to measure, report and assess the performance of all social marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals, working with various analytical tools to help inform decision making and provide insights
- Help create and maintain a social marketing content calendar to ensure regular posting content on all social platforms throughout the year that aligns with business goals
- Work and support our product content team on the planning, development, execution, content and production calendar, and the creation of all TLF content (photo/video shoots, blogs, vlogs, etc) across all platforms and production needs.
- Work and support the development of creative copy for all TLF needs across all marketing and branding platforms
- Develop a clear and consistent voice that aligns well with the brand and its goals/objectives and experience with translating brand positioning and messaging across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Pinterest, etc.) and TLFapparel.com and other digital and marketing channels
- Help Implement and influencer initiatives, including copywriting for blogs, social media, and other copywriting requests as needed, competitive analysis, on and off-site implementation and optimization, and link building.
INFLUENCER RELATIONS:
- Target, source, research, contact and negotiate with potential BAIT (aka Brand Ambassadors, Athletes, Influencers, Talent) and negotiate payment and posting terms, implement Influencer strategy, develop campaign concepts and execute all influencer and brand ambassador initiatives efficiently and cost-effectively and within budget.
- Database influencer management: work with the social team to present all influencer options. Update each team member's list of options to one central database of possible options and sort according to tiers and level of the influencer, channels (YouTube, Tiktok, Snapchat, IG), etc, and who we want for exclusive athletes, exclusive ambassadors, or non-exclusive ambassadors or influencers.
- Develop collaboration of influencer / ambassador’s program (exclusive / non-exclusive). Contacting new influencers opportunities daily and managing the previous list of all influencer requests and negotiations in development per channel per day (IG, Youtube, Tiktok, Snapchat)
- Develop post, content, engagement (share-like comment), and promotional plan/giveaways-– make all influencers and athletes engage, like, comment, share, etc on all our posts – create a promotional calendar with the social team for all influencer content and coordinate all SKU promotions so they coincide with pre-launches, new drops, product life cycles, and core evergreen campaigns.
- Help develop and manage TEAM TLF ATHLETE program
INFLUENCER ANALYTICS:
- Responsible for all ROI / ROAS / ENGAGEMENT / CAMPAIGNS analytics tracking for all TLF Posts, and influencer collaborations
- Help with the creation and evolution of campaign performance reports and dashboards to measure, report and assess the performance of all social marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals, working with various analytical tools to help inform decision making and provide insights
- Influencer content management, approval, and content monitoring
- Calendar & Content Posting For All Channels for TLF and Influencers
- Work with social team to manage all posting needs for all social content calendar management and marketing needs per SKU and influencer (pre-launches, new drops, product life cycles, and core evergreen campaigns)
SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience with translating brand positioning and voice across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Pinterest, etc.) and the ability to communicate a consistent brand voice within the relevant format for each channel with your athlete and influencer team.
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT:
- Research and analyze effective content, creative, and design concepts, and strategizing, planning and executing this vision with our internal content team and third party influencers
APPS/ANALYTICS/ OPTIMIZATION/MARKETING EXPERIENCE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS IS BELOW:
- Help team manage all e digital analytics, setting and tracking KPI benchmarks and reporting attribution and analytics for daily, weekly, and KPI’s (CPA, AOV, ROAS, LTV, CONVERSION RATE, ETC)
- Analyze customer demographics and content effectiveness, engagement, and sales conversion
- Monitor competitive websites and their social channels, influencers, and content, industry trends, and new technology and digital services ensuring that the brand is staying on the forefront of industry standards
- Manage technology implementations, third-party apps, and all ongoing enhancements to TLFapparel.com and all social media platforms

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Effective communication skills - both verbal and written in English (other languages are a plus) and content generation for Social Media, blogs, product copy, etc,
- Influencer recruitment, negotiations, and management and are required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience producing content for social media, blog, and copywriting
- 2+ years with directly managing social media influencers for a consumer brand on all social platforms - work portfolio examples to be provided
- Previous experience managing substantial budgets
- Experience with paid and organic social content formats
- Passion for the activewear and fitness industry
- Lover of Pop Culture and always up-to-date on what's trending
- A creative-minded individual with an ability to conceive, articulate and produce innovative ideas for new content
- Experience with analytics and KPI’s Editorial mindset with high attention to detail and an ability to predict audience preferences
- Ability to multitask, work in an extremely busy environment and remain positive and productive.
- Self-starter; effective in managing projects from the ground up
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
