We are looking for qualified agents that are ROCK STARS to join our team in NEVADA, SPECIFICALLY THE LAS VEGAS MARKET! Our marketing department is being FLOODED with direct mail responders who are in need of purchasing Mortgage Protection and Final Expense insurance. We have more clients than qualified agents and we are LOOKING for the very BEST join our team and start protecting families ASAP!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working mortgage protection direct mail and other lead systems to meet minimum monthly sales goals.
• Consultative approach is required to handle our first responders.
• Team supported environment, communication and engagement is required with TLG's LMS (Learning Management System)
• Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on clients age, health and desired insurance coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Insurance Agents or TOP sales rep (will train)
• Familiarity with the lead based system is a plus
• Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!
• Must have viable transportation
• Must be have basic computer skills
• Must have a smart phone
