    TLMR Tech is looking for individuals with great conversation skills, a desire to gain knowledge in constantly growing field, and a drive to become successful in a prestigious industry . You will be calling for no more than 2-3 hours on a regular basis and proactively following up with leads throughout the day.

    • _ Base Pay + Commissions_
    • _ No experience needed_
    • _ Training/onboarding will be provided._
    • _ Self scheduled hours_ (Hours of Operation - 10:00am EST to 7:00pm EST)

    Our ideal Account Executive is a great communicator, action taker, and a freedom driven individual. Ultimately, the responsibilities of our Account Executives are to make at least 100 daily calls to pre-assigned leads, gain the trust of various leads, and follow up to schedule a Service Showcase Call. Our in-house team will then take over similar to a conveyor belt system to close and retain the client; essentially doing the "heavy lifting" portion of the job for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Make 100 daily calls to pre-assigned leads (daily minimum).
    • Track call results.
    • Update end of day KPIs
    • Join the weekly team meeting - Wednesday at 7:00pm EST. (Excluding Holidays)

    Skills

    • Ability to organize follow up calls.
    • Familiarity with Google Docs, iMessage, and Google Meet.
    • Excellent communication and social skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
