Our client is a Real Estate Private Equity Firm in Beverly Hills that is seeking a Construction Project Accountant.

This is an incredible opportunity for a someone with experience and passion for the real estate industry to join a thriving, diverse, fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial investment firm and receive hands on experience in both Real Estate Private Equity and Construction.

The position will be responsible for the project accounting for tenant improvement projects such as buildinga pool, putting in a leasing office, landscaping, paint, etc. No ground up construction.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Entering payables for multiple projects in a timely manner Coding of P-cards.
• Tracking expenses.
• Vendor relations
• Basic budget management/job costing
• The company uses Yardi software, familiarity with with a similar accounting software such as MRI, Netsuite or Sage required.Yardi is a plus
• Real Estate industry experience preferred, construction industry experience a plus
• Degree preferred

This position is on site and requires working out of an office in Beverly Hills.
