OPPORTUNITY:

As a member of our INSIDE SALES team, you will call business owners and introduce our services.  Your goal is to QUALIFY PROSPECTS AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS for our Sales Director.  NO SELLING OR CLOSING NECESSARY! Use your conversational personality to quickly BUILD RAPPORT on the phone.  Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be REWARDED FOR QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS SET and for the APPOINTMENTS THAT CONVERT TO CLOSED SALES.  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• MEET OR EXCEED APPOINTMENT SETTING GOALS.
• Build a strong pipeline through extensive CALLS AND DILIGENT FOLLOW UP.
• SET QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS that have a high success of closing.
• Manage time effectively and document your activities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

TMA Small Business Accounting, P.C. will reward your talents with a FLEXIBLE PART TIME SCHEDLUE and hourly compensation of $17 PER HOUR FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF TRAINING. Ongoing compensation potential can be upwards of $18-$22 per hour which INCLUDES HOURLY PAY PLUS COMMISSION. We offer an outstanding incentive/commission program that rewards your successful appointment setting and closed business.
