Our client is a very well-respected Biotech in the Bay Area, who is rethinking the structure of their MSL Teams. As a result, they have a newly created position for Head of MSLs – Oncology (Solid Tumor). This is a highly strategic in-house role in South San Francisco. If you’re a second line MSL leader looking for a more strategic role, please consider this top company right in the heart of the Pharmaceutical mecca.
The Opportunity
The Head of MSLs – Oncology, will drive the strategy for all the solid tumor Oncology MSLs.The Regional Directors for the solid tumor sleeves will report into this person.This is a high-visibility role.This is an in-house position, and they are open to flex arrangements.Even in the flex arrangement, the VP of Field Medical is requiring the Head of MSLs to be at HQ four days a week every week, barring congresses. They have asked us to introduce this opening to people with the below profile:
-PharmD, PhD, or MD required
-Second line management experience of Oncology MSLs required
-Solid tumor expertise preferred
-The ability to be at HQ four days a week required
