Director, MSL Training and KOL Engagement

Expanding Bay Area Pharma

Our client is a small, but established Bay Area Pharma that is expanding into Oncology. As they continue building their Oncology Field Medical Affairs team, they are now looking to hire a Director of MSL Training and KOL Engagement Strategy. They are looking for someone who has been involved in either developing the MSL training curriculum or setting the KOL engagement strategy.

The Opportunity:

The Medical Science Liaison Trainer will be responsible for creating and executing MSL Training plans with all new hires as well as the entire MSL team. Teaching, coaching, and mentoring new hires as well as all MSLs is the focus of the role. This is a remote role, but they would prefer someone close to the West Coast.

-MD, PhD, PharmD preferred

-Oncology MSL experience required

-Gyn-Onc preferred

-Training experience and/or Medical Excellence experience required
