Regional Director of MSLs – Hem/Onc

Our client is a very well-funded and premier biopharmaceutical company based in the Northeast. It is an exciting time for them because they are expanding their Hematology Oncology MSL team across the country. Because of this expansion, they are also growing their leadership team, adding a Regional Director that can cover the East or West regions. If you’re looking to join a stable company and build your MSL team, then this is a can’t miss opportunity.
The Opportunity:
The Regional Director will hire and manage a team of eight MSLs, who will support Hem/Onc therapeutics. The company is expecting multiple product launches in the next 18 months, and so they are looking for experienced MSL managers with launch experience in Oncology. Though this is a Hem/Onc build, they are open to experienced MSL leaders from the Solid Tumor arena as well.

-MD, PhD, PharmD required
-MSL management experience required
-Launch experience as an MSL manager required
-Oncology launch experience required
-Hematology Oncology experience required
