A San Diego, clinical-stage Pharmaceutical company that is committed to addressing unmet needs in women's sexual and reproductive health is looking to add a Sr. Manager or Associate Director of Medical Affairs (Med. Info/Med. Communication). This person will be the in-house primary contact for the external call center and be seen as the expert consultant on responses, database analysis and interpretation of information. This person will also assist in the creation of standard response letters/ medical review letters. They will be responsible for the provision of up-to-date, accurate and balanced information on products to internal and external customers, build and support workflows that seamlessly integrate the Medical Information Call Center with external patient supply and access Call Center(s), and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Pharmacovigilance. The role will require an experienced Medical Information professional to undertake a key role at this exciting time of growth. This is an in-house position, so a relocation package will be offered if needed.
