    Regional Director – Build a Team

    Rare Disease Oncology

     

    Our client is a Boston-based Biotech with one approved product and a deep pipeline of assets addressing rare cancers. They are looking for a Regional Director of MSLs to lay the ground work for the eventual team they will hire. Like to build things? If so, keep reading!

     

    The Opportunity

    The Region Director will be the first person hired on this new team. Exciting right!?! This pioneering person will identify and map the KOLs, meeting with some of them. Also, the RD will begin creating the training materials for the eventual team they will hire. They are looking for an experienced Oncology or Rare Disease MSL Manager, who is still willing to be the Super MSL before the team is hired on.  Does this sound like you?

    They have asked us to introduce this opening to people who have elements of the below profile:

     

    -PharmD, PhD, or MD strongly preferred.

    -Field Medical Affairs experience in Oncology or Rare Disease required

    -Previous MSL Management experience strongly preferred

    -Ability to work within a small, fast-paced environment that may be lacking the processes and tools of a large Pharma.
