The #1 Airbrush Cosmetics company in the world is seeking Full-Time motivated and confident Customer Service Agent to join our amazing Customer Care team in Stafford, TX! This role will entail delighting our customers with stellar customer service. Our Team Members are committed to providing an incredible customer experience with every interaction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Demonstrate the ability to meet individual performance goals set forth by the company (save rate, quality, scorecard/KPIs).
Respond to and track all customer inquiries that come in via phone, email, and live chat in a timely fashion.
Resolve customer concerns/complaints through active listening, empathy, professionalism and problem-solving with focus on first call resolution.
Identify and address the reason(s) a customer wishes to cancel and overcome their concerns by providing solutions to retain the customer.
Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products and services to improve overall customer experience.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive working relationships with customers for repeat business.
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
--Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
-Attention to detail and ability to gain insight into customer needs.
-Good listening skills with ability to overcome customer concerns or objections
-Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills. Education and Qualifications
