RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Support Representative, it will be your responsibility to provide the following service points through game, web-interface or email communication:
- Providing excellent customer service for games and related tech issues.
- Review in-game interactions to ensure Terms of Service are being met.
- Ensure privacy and security of customer game accounts by following procedures established by customer service management
- Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed departmental goals
- Maintain a polite and courteous disposition in pressure situations
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiarity with recent games, gaming terminology, and gaming platforms and systems
- Detail Oriented and Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Must be able to write professional emails.
- Availability to start immediately.
- OPEN AVAILABILITY Shifts will range across a 24/7 period
- Shifts depend on in-game needs and will vary depending on Patches, traffic etc.
- Shifts will include nights, weekends, and holiday hours
- One year of experience working with or playing video games
OR
- One year of Customer Service experience
OR
- Strong Knowledge of Hardware and software troubleshooting for both PC and Mac (Gathering PC information, installing, crashing, patching, network connectivity, etc.)
