Job Description
TMF has an opening for a group customer service representative. The position involves answering customer calls, answering customer questions, and ensuring our clients are satisfied and loyal for future services.
DUTIES:
· Answer customer phone calls.
· Provide answers to customer questions on a wide variety of topics.
· Access company records to answer specific customer questions.
· Work with department personnel within TMF to obtain answers to customer inquiries.
· Deal with customer problems, complaints, and issues.
· Send emails or return phone calls to answer customer questions as needed.
REQUIRED:
· Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
· Sales skills and commercial awareness.
· Computer skills including fluency/mastery in Excel, Word, Dropbox and Adobe.
· A background working with/dealing with school band, choir, dance groups and/or public education.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
· School Band, Choir, dance teacher/student.
· Proven experience dealing with the public.
· Fluency in English, multilingualism is a plus.
COMPENSATION: $8-$20 per hour based on qualifications and/or experience
WORK SETTING: TMF Offices, San Juan, Texas
