We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate inside sales representative. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This lucrative position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. This is a work from home position! Must be able to travel to our office for weekly team meetings. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, who is persuasive, confident, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Follow up on all leads and requests for information Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Speak and follow up with 30+ leads per day on the phone Qualifications: Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • 1 or more years of experience in sales in any industry • Must live within 35 Miles of Newport Beach, CA • Must be able to work from home and have access to a quiet work environment • Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday - Occasional calls could come in to close deals on Saturdays • Must be able to work from home independently Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
