TMG is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the internal marketing team to be responsible for developing both digital / print design projects (brochures, logos, posters, infographics, advertisements, website edits) as well as short-form video projects.
This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great, but perform efficiently, as well. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The designer will work primarily with marketing, but will interact with other multi-disciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, exceptional creativity, and the ability to bring our brand vision to life across various platforms. Must have the ability to work well against deadlines.
Work with Marketing Lead to create graphics for multiple campaigns per quarter, across multiple channel
Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of design quality.
Create, edit, and optimize graphics, illustrations, video content, and other creative materials for digital, print, and social media.
Design and layout tasks for internal communications and sales materials.
Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data from technical teams.
Prepare digital pitch presentations.
Manage and maintain project deadlines.
Refresh marketing materials on an annual basis to keep the brand current and engaging.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.
Bachelors in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field, or demonstrated success in relevant professional fields.
2+ years experience in graphic design
Must be familiar with demand and performance marketing design needs for web, social, and other digital platforms; experience in the B2B space is preferred.
Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images.
A strong background in design fundamentals, including conceptual, typographic, and layout skills
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and G Suite, WordPress, and video editing software.
Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule, task-switch, and prioritize daily workload.
Ability to be self-directed, self-starter with exemplary planning and time management skills.
Proficiency in English writing, reading, and speaking
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
