Job Summary:
Position - Jr Account Manager.
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Jr Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be first line of communication for our clients. You will be implementing marketing strategies, attract new customers on behalf of our clients, and close deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals. No previous experience is necessary however a qualified candidate MUST have a positive attitude and exceptional student mentality.

Responsibilities As a valued Jr Account Manager, your responsibilities will be as follow:
Engaging in office-based training meetings (leadership, management, business development etc...)
Analyse and set personal and team performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction and overall revenue for self, company and clients.
Learn and retain multiple product knowledge.
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers within our retail partners.
Identify opportunities for business development and sales growth
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree not required.
A drive to succeed.
Strong desire to grow and achieve.
