We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to take the helm of implementing the Frontier Product Roadmap over the next four years. This pivotal role involves working directly under the guidance and leadership of the Frontier VP – Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic product planning, execution, and a deep understanding of technological trends that will drive the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the Frontier Product Roadmap, aligning with the company's long-term vision and goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Frontier VP – Products to translate visions into actionable plans, ensuring that product initiatives are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Conduct extensive market research and analysis to validate product concepts and identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
- Define clear and measurable objectives for product initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy and market needs.
- Prioritize the product backlog and development efforts to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Lead agile product development teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and effective execution.
- Serve as the primary product evangelist, both internally and externally, communicating product vision, features, and benefits to all stakeholders.
- Monitor product performance metrics and gather feedback from customers and users to inform future product iterations and improvements.
- Mentor and support junior product management staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic product roadmaps.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and leverage emerging technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of market research, product marketing strategies, and competitive analysis.
