Role: Application ****Manager
Location: Remote With Travel To Buffalo, NY and Washington DC
Duration: 6+ Months CTH

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Healthcare Application s Management: Oversee the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of digital front door solutions, CDSS, EMR, population health management tools, and Medicare risk management systems.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with our healthcare organization's goals and objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with healthcare IT vendors, ensuring service levels and contractual obligations are met.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure the organization's healthcare IT systems comply with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain data security and privacy.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of healthcare IT systems and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong background in digital front door solutions, CDSS, EMR, population health, Medicare risk management, and value-based care.
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles, with a track record of successful project management and team management.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute on organizational goals.
