As an L3 Network & Firewall Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing the network and firewall infrastructure. Your expertise will be crucial in deploying and managing a variety of networking technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Checkpoint, Ekahau, Cradlepoint, and NetScaler.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and manage Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and protocols (Cisco IWAN).

• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco ASA firewalls and Fortigate/Fortinet security solutions.

• Manage and optimize Aruba networking devices for wireless and wired connectivity.

• Administer Checkpoint firewall solutions, ensuring security policies and rules are enforced effectively.

• Utilize Ekahau for wireless network planning, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cradlepoint devices for WAN connectivity.

• Manage and optimize NetScaler load balancers for efficient traffic distribution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and security.

• Provide technical support and expertise to junior team members and assist in complex issue resolution.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in networking and firewall solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience working with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Checkpoint, Ekahau, Cradlepoint, and NetScaler technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Cisco networking equipment, protocols, and Cisco IWAN architecture.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco ASA firewalls and Fortigate/Fortinet security solutions.

• Experience with Aruba wireless and wired networking devices.

• Strong understanding of Checkpoint firewall administration and rule management.

• Familiarity with Ekahau for wireless network planning and optimization.

• Experience with Cradlepoint devices for WAN connectivity and NetScaler load balancers.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Checkpoint certifications, or relevant vendor certifications are preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
