The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: training, coordinating work activities, new customer acquisitions, production tracking and delivery world-class customer service. To ensure customers receive a complete and genuine experience. Our ENTRY LEVEL MANAGERS also meet with the rest of our management team to evaluate and manage personnel performance to guarantee our standards of quality performance and efficiency are being met.

THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER OR A DOOR TO DOOR SALES POSITION! 

DAILY JOB DUTIES:

• Utilize all company training tools to train and develop store teams to appropriate performance levels
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and deliver an excellent retail experience
• Assist with customer support inquiries in a positive manner
• Maintain stability and reputation of retail location by following company polices
• Must meet key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY PERFORM MAJOR DUTIES:

• High School Diploma / Advanced College Course work is required
• Previous customer service, retail, sales or hospitality work experience
• Knowledge of new technology such as: Cell Phones, Tablets, Home Technology
• Great listening and communication skills to build customer rapport
