Base Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000/year depending on experience.

Commission : A percentage of services sold.

What does the role look like:

You will be providing customer support for a designated book of business and territory through a combination of on-site, phone and email communication. As any client concerns arise you will work to broker resolution between the client receiving cleaning services and the independent service provider providing the service to ensure a quick and speed resolution and a long-term relationship with both parties. You will also be offering additional services when applicable such as deep cleans, floor care and post construction cleaning.

• Strong written and verbal skills to delicately navigate any client concerns and quickly work towards resolution
• Ability to prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks
• Build strong customer connections and find opportunities to offer additional value add service offerings
• Continually reaches and exceeds sales targets
• Utilizes strong teamwork to transition sold clients through the onboarding phase
• Able to quickly resolve client issues

Qualifications :

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ Years previous experience in customer service
• Previous sales experience a plus but not required
• Knowledge of janitorial services a plus but not required
• Self starter mentality and strong organizational skills
