Your Key Responsibilities
Work with new franchisees to help launch online and offline presale marketing strategies and studio graphics packages
Develop, monthly marketing calendar and plan, and launch content across all for print (as needed) and company social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with creative agency to develop marketing print collateral as well as GIFs, video assets etc., for trending topics and key initiatives.
Work closely with Digital Marketing Director to create content, track and optimize for various ads/ paid promotion.
Develop strategies to support consumer activations, product launches, public relations initiatives, and studio marketing requests across social and drive growth and engagement strategies.
Work with ABG/WWE (partner companies) to identify cross brand opportunities
Oversee key relationships including print partner, creative agency and merchandise vendors
Track and analyze results for monthly, quarterly, and key campaign reports as well as one-off asks.
Keep abreast of key industry trends, best practices, and competitive insights and emerging social media trends such as photography, postings, hashtags, etc. Identify and propose new opportunities appropriate for Tapout Fitness.
Qualifications
You have a minimum of 5- years’ work experience focused on general and social media marketing and community management franchise and fitness is a plus but not required
BA/BS degree.
Experience editing photos required and using social media tools. Video experience a plus.
You're scrappy and have a roll up your sleeves attitude.
Working knowledge of all things digital and social
Experience with publishing and reporting tools. Facebook Analytics preferred
Excellent writer with a good sense of humor, strong attention to detail,
Self-motivated, hard working, and a fast learner.
