    Position Title

    Franchise Sales Account Executive

    Position Responsibilities

    Initial lead contact, management and follow-up using our CRM system and established processes

    Daily follow up on prospects

    Diligently respond to and follow-up with all franchise inquiries via phone, face-to-face meetings and email communication

    Build relationships with new and existing prospects

    Qualify franchise applicants through approval process

    Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business

    Build and sustain ongoing professional conversations and relationships throughout entire sales process

    Position Requirements

    Previous experience with franchise sales [RB2]

    3-5 years of professional sales experience

    Successful track record converting leads to Franchisees

    Exceptional organizational and time management skills

    Ability to solve problems quickly and offer solutions is necessary

    Position Compensation

    Base Salary plus commissions and bonuses commensurate with experience and track record
