BOOKKEEPER NEEDED! MOBILE, AL
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks® (online version a plus) • Maintain vendors, resources, and subcontractors • Process billing for services provided to customers • Complete accounts payable activities • Complete accounts receivable activities • Maintain petty cash fund • Prepare and maintain cash management reports • Process payroll • Record and pay supplier invoices in a timely manner • Reconcile credit card statement • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested • Follow accounting policies and procedures • Reconcile/Verify certain reoccurring expenses (cell phone, insurance, local taxes, business license, etc.) prior to processing payment
