Immediate Hire - Tik Tok Social Media Intern Are you a fan of all things TikTok? Do you consider yourself a content creator who has a passion for the beauty industry? We're looking for several interns to be part of our inaugural TikTok Program to grow and engage audiences through this unique platform.

Summary

The Tik Tok Social Intern is responsible for assisting in the content and user experience of all online properties to strengthen brand equity, deepen relevancy, attract new users, foster relationships and spur sales growth. The intern should love and have experience in creating Tik Tok content. Must be proficient with numbers as well as extremely structured and creative. Should be excited to learn, create, experiment, and research the best ideas to implement promotions, and connect with different audiences. This encompasses all brands within the company’s Tik Tok Program.

Will receive top and new products to work with within a brand and will be able to keep those products.

This position reports to the Tik Tok Social Manager and VP of Marketing.

Primary Duties

• Achieve goals established for Tik Tok Social Program metrics

• Assist in content creation for all brands in the program

• Establish ideas for consumer outreach programs

• Research best practices and share in weekly meetings

• Assess and recommend key promo activities to grow consumer interaction and benefit brand strategy

• Manage/execute social media activities to foster fan base growth and brand alignment

• Partner with PR on influencer outreach

• Monitor the effectiveness of online digital initiatives, regularly communicating results and recommendations to the wider marketing team and senior management

• Suggest best tools for social media reporting

• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all Tik Tok content

• Manage the Tik Tok of a brand

• Lead our brand Tik Tokker program

• Find 12-16 Tik Tok mini creators to make one post a week for 3 months

Skills

• Proactive, self-starter with a bias for action

• Good graphic design and copywriting skills

• Basic to good photography skills

• Solid analytical skills

• Excited about the social and beauty industry

• Ability to understand numbers and perform competently with figures

• Desire for creativity and turning imaginative ideas into reality or content

Job Types: Part-time, Internship

Pay: $14.00 per hour
