    Job Description

    Experienced as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant and looking to work for an incredible team? Looking to work for an employee owned organization that gives back to their employees? Then this is the job for you! Highly reputable property management and development firm is seeking a professional Office Manager for their corporate office in Irvine. This position will support a team of staff both in and off-site. Company specializes in managing commercial office, industrial and retail space!     Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring all sites are stocked with office supplies
    • Managing telecom and internet accounts
    • Coordinating travel for Executives as needed
    • Coordinating company events and team functions
    • Managing relations with vendors
    • Coordinating front desk coverage
    • Reconciling and managing company credit card
    • Preparing expense reports
    • Ordering work stations and equipment if needed
    • Managing new hire and onboarding process, supporting with any needs with facilities/work place or documentation
    • Recruiting for positions and coordinating interviews for teams
    • Preparing offer letters
    • Processing bi-weekly payroll
    • Coordinating benefits with third party for health and 401K
    • Handling all documentation for employees
    • Ensuring that multi-media and various needs are met for in-house meetings and training
    • Managing vendor contracts and agreements
    • Providing support to President and CEO
    • Acting as a liaison between Executives and staff
    • Providing support to Managers and team members

    Special Skills:

    • Ability to work well with others
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to encourage staff and contribute to building company morale

    Must have:

    • MS Office advanced
    • 2+ years as Office Manager
    • BS or BA highly desired
    • Prior real estate or property management experience is ideal
