Experienced as a Property Manager or Regional Manager with strong financial experience?  Looking to develop your career and work for a company that supports their team?  California based residential and commercial property management firm is looking to add a Porftolio/Asset Manager to their Affordable Care Housing team.  Position will provide Asset Management to properties located in Orange County and the Antelope Valley areas.  Position will be overseeing Community Managers for over 3,500 units!  Company provides excellent growth potential along with solid benefits and bonus potential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing guidance to Community Directors
• Conducting on-site meetings with staff and team members to provide corporate guidelines, as well as training
• Preparing budgets for each property, involving Community Managers to ensure participation by team
• Visiting sites as needed to ensure properties are maintained appropriately
• Overseeing lease administration to ensure properties are following guidelines
• Servicing residents with various requests as needed to back up the Management staff
• Preparing financial analysis and variance reporting
• Assisting with acquisition and disposition of properties and buildings
• Managing tenant delinquency reporting and preparing other financial reports
• Preparing due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions
• Gathering necessary bids for CapEx and TI projects
• Overseeing projects and following up with Contractors
• Managing personnel needs, assisting Managers in problem solving and directly responding to employee needs
• Assisting with special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Strong financial aptitude and ability to work well with others
• Current CA Real Estate License
• BA or BS ideal, AA required
• MS Excel - advanced
• Prior industry software ideal
• 3+ years as Property Manager/Portfolio Manager or Financial Analyst for over 2,000 units
