TPG HR Services is seeking a Human Resource/Immigration Specialist. The role will be responsible to oversee and support our clients by working closely with different business and operating functions within the organization including Recruiting, Management, employees and external immigration Attorney’s office.
This role will be a contract position, and hours will depend on workload.
Responsibilities
- Support immigration and other HR support duties
- Act as support for onboarding and immigration.
- Act as the Point of contact with external immigration attorney’s office for all communication and ensuring full compliance with immigration laws
- Maintain employee files; ensure 100% compliance
- Assist all employees with HR and immigration related questions
- Facilitate non-immigrant and immigrant petitions by working with external immigration attorney’s office to ensure timely filing of new, extensions, amendments, transfers, and terminations;
- Manage visa expiration dates for all foreign nationals and files cases in a timely manner
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrated/practical hands-on experience in a Human Resource Generalist role
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications and HR-related systems
- Strong knowledge of employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa process
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information appropriately
- Bachelor’s degree required
