Job Description

Waterslide hours of operation: Friday 5p-10p, Saturday 8a-11a and 3p-10p and Sunday 8a-11a.  Must be able to work atleast every other weekend Friday 5p-10p and Saturday 3p-10p.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented and takes pride in providing a safe, memorable experience for every guest (you do not need to be life guard certified). The waterslide attendant position offers an opportunity to work alongside a group of professional, hard-working, energetic people who are all empowered to do whatever it takes to deliver an exceptional guest experience. 

Qualifications

• Monitors activities in pool area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to guests
• Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards
• Hold yourself accountable for exceeding every guest’s expectations
• Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly understand and hold yourself accountable for the expectations of the position
• Treat the waterpark area as if it was your own
• Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and fellow associates
• Assure that your daily actions reflect TPI’s nine core values
• Waterslide hours of operation: Friday 5p-10p, Saturday 8a-11a and 3p-10p and Sunday 8a-11a.  Must be able to work every other weekend, Friday 5p-10p and Saturday 3p-10p.
